Worldwide Shipping! All Items are available in our Consolidator's Warehouse in Korea. We can ship your order directly from Korea to you address(Worldwide).
On hand and pre-order are available.
If the items are already on hand, shipping may take 1-2 weeks. If you'd like your items to be shipped from PH, please messages us in our Facebook page. Please note that it will take few months before it gets delivered to our PH address. FETA is also available upon request- additional costs will be added on the total of your order.

Pre-orders or STBO(Soon to be on hand) items:
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 days (excluding holidays) after receiving the items to our warehouse. You will receive updates from the time the items are shipped out from the country of origin until the items arrived to our warehouse. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped from our warehouse.

Strictly No Return/No Exchange.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and unboxing video from its original package. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
No cancellation of pre-order/s once we secured your items. We secure the pre-order based on the orders confirmed. We only refund if item is out of stock.
