* Digital photoshoots and digital photocards are linked to the digital code. When you add an album using the digital code, your photocards and photobooks will also be added automatically.

* Even if you add the same album multiple times, you will only see 1 album on the app.

* Even if you add the album with the same digital photocard multiple times, you will only see 1 digital photocard in the photocard menu.

* If your album download fails, please check your connection and try again later.

* You can check all the added albums by Settings > Customer Support > My Album History.

* When you register the QR code, it is deemed that you already used the product, and return/exchange will not be available.

* You will get a random digital photocard image when you scan the digital code.

►  NOTE: If the order is placed after the pre-order deadline, this will not be guaranteed to include pre-order benefits.  Excluding pre-order, first press or other early buyer benefits is not a reason for refund, exchange or return. 

►  Normal ETA: 3-5 weeks after ship out from Korea

►  The outer case/box of this product is simply for protecting the inner goods content.  Damages such as scratches or discoloration on the case/box cannot be compensated.
